**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service from the moment they enter our spa.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome clients with a bright and friendly demeanor
- Answer phones, book appointments, and manage the appointment schedule efficiently
- Assist nail technicians with tasks such as serving drinks and coordinating appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and spa environment
- Manage client inquiries and provide information about our services and products
- Utilize computer software to manage bookings, process payments, and maintain client records

**Qualifications:**
- Kind and personable with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new procedures and software systems
