6am-4pm Mon-Thurs, with some overtime required including Fridays

This role will be responsible for fulfilling consumer service parts orders and preparing orders for shipment. Required to work within the processes and guidelines of the CS Parts Inventory Management System (WASP), Verify, maintain, and record shipping records on outgoing shipments, Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory. 

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Required discipline in following and working within the guidelines, policies and procedures associated with CS Parts Inventory Management System (WASP), Required usage of computer, barcode scanner, label printer, and ability to conduct document and file searching. Collecting order notes to fulfill deliveries. Picking out ordered items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes, serial numbers, etc. Securely pre-packaging items before placing them in envelopes or boxes. Operating handling and packaging equipment according to industrial safety regulations. Loading pickup and delivery vehicles Conduct frequent inventory Cycle Counts and reporting discrepancies to CS Parts Manager and Inventory System Specialist Managing stock control, including item replenishment and storage according to defined min/max requirements in Inventory Management System, Perform Quality Assurance Inspection prior to packaging and shipment. 

 
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS REQUESTED: Ability to read schematic drawings with little to no help Ability to work in a fast- paced manufacturing environment Ability to understand and follow detailed written or oral instructions. Experience with standards of operations (OSHA requirements) Ability to lift boxes weighing over 50 lbs, repeatedly throughout a 10-hour work period. Also, the ability to lift 50 lbs. while reaching, bending, twisting, walking/standing to move product throughout the warehouse. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age, Previous warehouse experience a plus. Must be able to lift 30-50+1b repetitively. Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen, and comprehensive background check. 

 
PREFERRED SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE: Hands on experience working with Inventory Management System 7 Understanding of Quality Assurance, a plus Self Starter and Self Motivated, Team Player with Demonstrated Leadership Qualities Ability to consistently identify mistakes across numerous pre-shipment inspections Ability to take direction and willingness to learn new skills. Motivated to continuously improve within their role and Company Intermediate Computer Skills Accurate measurements and computations are necessary — Ability to convert between Metric and Imperial/U.S. Systems of Measurements 

 
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required, Further education and certifications a plus.
