Solutions Engineer San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) 6-month contract Job ID 2024-9736 Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Solutions Engineer. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of San Antonio, TX (Hybrid). A large financial services firm located in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Facilities Solutions Engineer to join their team. You will join the team dedicated to supporting facilities and physical securities. As a facilities Systems Engineer, for this firm’s internal facilities technologies (Building Management Systems, Physical Security systems), you'll partner with other facilities engineers and internal technology teams (e.g., Network Team, Security Team, infrastructure team) to identify requirements, build, maintain and support the firms facilities products through your collaboration in product discussions from concept to completion. This role is an IT role centered around coordination on the system, however some minor hands-on configuration may be required. The ideal candidate for this role has an excellent background within infrastructure, the software development life cycle and extensive experience with BMS systems from a technical standpoint. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer. 2+ years of infrastructure experience with excellent knowledge of networking concepts from an IT perspective. 2+ years of experience working with building management systems from a technical standpoint - Delta Controls EnteliWEB, AMAG Connect/Symmetry preferred. Working understanding of application architecture, infrastructure, security concepts, and technical implementation. Experience managing business systems analysis functions including preparation of product roadmap, integration plans, specification of development & test cases for converting business requirements into technical epics and stories. Experience working through all facets of the software development life cycle. About the Client Our client is an American financial services company.
