Summer Support / Summer Student Program

Taghleef is looking for summer support. Individuals who are interested in working full-time during the summer should apply today for immediate consideration!

This program is designed to match college or high school students looking for full-time summer employment with available summer production positions in a clean and safe manufacturing environment. Students enrolled in school can earn money while developing real-world job skills through the Summer Student Program at Taghleef.

As a summer support team member, you will be well equipped to help support production by keeping product moving off the production line and onto a pallet for transport. Following operating instructions and highest quality standards, you will weigh, band, wrap and label each product.

Who are you?
You want to work and contribute to solutions which impact the community in which people live and work. You understand the importance of collaboration and independence in any work environment. Have a positive, "can do" approach and the ability to work in a team.

• A college or high school student looking for full time summer employment.
• Must be at least 16 years or older to apply.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work the entire summer (8–12-week program).
• Potential for heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain required levels of attendance.
• Must be able to follow mandatory safety procedures.
• Must participate in training programs (computer, classroom, safety, etc.).
• Must be able to withstand continuous periods (8-12 hours) of moving, walking, bending, stooping, keeling, twisting motion, climbing, and descending stairs and ladders to perform most tasks.
• Must be mentally sharp and quick to respond.
• Must complete and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Schedule: Swing Shift (3 on, 3 off, repeat. Straight days or straight nights shift available).

Shift Times: 6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am
