Event Staff! (Server/Busser/Dishwasher) - Weekly Pay!

LGC Associates, LLC is hiring for Servers/Dishwasher/Bussers in Oklahoma City, OK.

We are looking for a courteous and professional banquet servers, dishwashers, and bussers to join our team! The candidate will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and serving guests at special functions and events.

To be successful, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You should be professional, polite to guests in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter and exit venue.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Seeing to the comfort of guests through answering questions, taking orders, conveying special instructions to the kitchen and bar, and serving food and beverages.
• Circulating the room with trays of appetizers and beverages.
• Directing guests to necessary services and features.
• Assisting with event preparation, set up, and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, table cloths and place settings, and buffets.
• Cleaning dishware, pots and pans, and maintaining back of house.
• Assist with running food items to designated areas.
• Supporting other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhering to safety and quality regulations.
