Job Summary

The Administrative Specialist position will provide administrative support primarily to the Human Capital and Marketing teams but will occasionally support other departments as needed. This position will report to the Director of Human Capital but will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Project Manager.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide administrative support for the Human Capital Team:
    • Processes & tracks all talent acquisition onboarding paperwork.
    • Creatively assist the hiring and selection processes to attain top talent.
  • Provide administrative support for the Marketing Team:
    • Maintains marketing inventory at primary office and offsite storage location.
    • Project lead all shipping & receiving initiatives in support of the marketing department.
  • Performs other administrative duties as required in support of these and other departments within the company.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Office administration/support experience; 1+ years.

Job Conditions

  • Hybrid position with business-casual/casual attire; in-office presence will be required 2-3 days per week; remote office option 2-3 days per week.
  • Routine usage of multiple computer screens simultaneously.
  • Regular business hours include Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • On occasion it is required to exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week; overtime pay applies.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times as a part of the shipping/receiving responsibilities of this position.

Travel

  • This position does not require travel.
