Automotive Service Advisor

Multi-faceted business in Chester, NY is searching for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.  You will inspect vehicles for repairs and services. If you are a self-starter who has a high energy level and strong focus, this shop may be the right one for you!

Responsibilities:

·        Inspect vehicles for repairs and services.

·        Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs, obtain customers approval for such repairs.

·        Order parts for repairs and monitor progress until repair complete keeping customer informed.

·        Return parts as needed.

·        Generate final invoice and submit to customer for payment.

Qualifications:

·        Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, service writer, or other related fields.

·        Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

·        Someone who can come in and produce work.
