Area Managers- Growing Restaurant Group! Vancouver/ Portland area.

We are seeking an Area Coach (Multi-Unit Supervisor) and General Managers for our Growing Pacific NW Region!

We are looking for Managers for our QSR Restaurants as well as experienced multi-unit managers to grow with us. We are a nation wide company and the sky is the limit for the opportunities.

Responsibilities as Area Coach:

• Review guest complaint patterns and improve procedures accordingly
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation by installing and preforming restaurant inspections
• Review training plans and supervise managers at each restaurant. Create development plans for management.
• Create and adjust labor cost goals to meet restaurant needs and support the bottom line.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations and prove guidelines are met.
• Hire, promote, and fire both team members and management alike.
• Supervise 4 locations and maintain profitability
• Defend decisions, including growth/ development plans in your area.

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
