Receptionist

Immediate opportunity for detail oriented individual with strong clerical, communications, and organizational skills. Applicant must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include answering multi-line phone system, bookkeeping, filing, word processing, and typing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Light filing and typing
• Process payroll time sheets
• Review invoices and verify pricing
• Answer incoming telephone calls on multi-line system
• Send and receive daily emails and faxes
• Perform daily office tasks

• Similar job experience in administrative services or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Applicant must be well spoken and have professional appearance
