About this job
Job Description
At CCME, high tolerance manufacturing or machining of high-temperature alloys is our wheelhouse. Our wide variety of materials, such as all nickel-based alloys, titanium, and difficult-to-machine metals, separate us from our competitors.
We are uniquely situated in the manufacturing market in two ways. First, we have partnered with more than 30 subcontractors in order to bring a “turn-key solution“ to the unique aspects that many contracts and projects demand. Second, we specialize in difficult-to-machine components and assemblies, ranging from 4 lbs to 4000 lbs. Our machining capabilities are unlike the majority of the manufacturing sector, which works with smaller parts less than 20 lbs.
What We Do
In order to support clients with the most difficult as well as specialized engineering and manufacturing solutions, we specialize in five different capabilities:
- Procurement of raw materials in all forms to the highest standards, with certificates of origin traceability
- Horizontal and vertical milling of raw materials to finish requirements with 3, 4 and 5 axis capabilities
- Horizontal turn and turn milling with 3, 4 and 5 axis capacities
- Inspection finish dimension with a complete audited calibration system of gauging and documentation to the highest standards audited by the DoD (SubSafe Level 1), General Dynamics division of Electric Boat and Newport News Naval Shipyard
- Operation of second and third shifts in a “lights out“ opportunity for our customers as programs and parts enable this next level of manufacturing

- High growth potential, Pay commensurate with experience
Estimating Lead Requirements:
