As a member of our design consultant team, you will

• Receive extensive product training followed by field training in your local market on Counterkraft’s proven sales process.
• Ongoing one-on-one coaching and team collaboration to support your success.
• Assist with approximately ten appointments per day where you meet with our clients to make material selections.
• Learn about our customers’ needs and design preferences.
• Develop custom proposals to address their needs and tastes.
• Enter our client's orders into our automated system.

Qualifications and Skills

• A proven track record of sales success
• Passion and talent for interior design
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, drive, and determination
• Full-time availability with the ability to work two Saturdays per month.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability car insurance
• Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs
• Live within a reasonable distance of the market center
