We're seeking an experienced and eager Operations Manager and Kitchen Managers to help lead the charge in this high-volume, high-energy concept. What We're Seeking
- Proven Restaurant Leadership Experience (Assistant General Manager or Higher)
- High Volume Experience is a MUST: At Least $3M/year in Volume
- Thorough understanding in food/labor cost and waste
- Thorough P&L experience
- Can ensure food safety and health standards
- Calm demeanor
- Collaborative personality and works well with FOH
