Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Retail Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by introducing Merchandising Solutions to key targets in the North American market, particularly within the retail sector. This role entails developing new client partnerships through consultative sales strategies aligned with company objectives, ultimately contributing to both client and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential new clients to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Utilize an established network to connect with potential clients and cultivate relationships.
  • Develop detailed sales strategies and client presentations to support business objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers within targeted prospective clients.
  • Implement effective negotiating tactics aligned with company strategies and partner needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management in the company’s sales management system.
  • Meet quarterly sales targets while safeguarding mutual interests of both parties.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in store fixtures and retail POS technologies.

  • Willingness to travel for in-person and virtual presentations.
  • Availability for quarterly sales planning and internal meetings at our Bay Shore, New York headquarters.
