Job Description

Role: Java Engineer

Duration:C2H

Location: Remote but prefer candidates in EST or CST during contract. Need to relocate to Bentonville, AR if they are converted FT.

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

Programming and participating in Agile Sprints (stories) in a SCRUM environment
JAVA Programming (application development focused in Java Development Kit)
NoSQL database work (not building table structures but understanding how it sits in the database, how new fields may impact the DB, etc.)
Azure Cosmos DB preferred but not required
Kafka message streaming work
No front-end work expected/done in this team/project
Basic understanding of Cloud/DevOps
Self-sufficient (solid understanding of the technology side and just needing help with the client side) and high-mid to senior
Estimated years of experience: 6-7+ years is what he typically sees work but could be flexible for right person
Azure Cloud

Requirment: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education
