Job Role: Security Architecture
Location: Colombus, OH and candidates within a radius of 50 to 60 miles of Columbus will be considered.
The job requires experience in the Financial Service industry.
There will be a second round of interviews onsite.
Job role focuses on Microservices, Cloud Native Architecture, Target Architecture, Application Development Frameworks, Integration Technologies, and the DevOps Toolchain.
The team consists of approximately 8 members.
Required skills include a strong understanding and experience in Vulnerability management, security finding monitoring, triage, and remediation planning in AWS, access security management in AWS IAM service, RBAC security in Kubernetes clusters, working with 'Cloud Security Posture Management' and 'Runtime Container Security' tools, and vulnerability management using SAST and dependency management tools.
Responsibilities:
The candidate must be able to lead a small team of security engineers responsible for vulnerability remediation work.
Preferred skills include experience in managing access security in Kubernetes clusters, configuring detective and preventive controls and policy management in Kubernetes, vulnerability management using tools including Fortify, CodeQL, OWASP dependency-check, and Dependabot, and understanding and experience with Cloud security tools including Wiz and AquaSecurity.
Experience in the Financial Services industry is desired.
The candidate must be local to the area and flexible to work in the office and adaptable with coming into the office when needed.
The role will be part of the Platform engineering team, helping to drive security mitigation of security findings and vulnerabilities.
