Housing Sales Agent - Base plus $2,500 per sale

At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find permanent employment at some of the best companies in the Clinton Township, MI area. We're currently looking for a Housing Sales Agent to join a well-established company in the property management industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Market, sell, and rent homes to achieve business plans.

• Proactively generate and manage leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

• Cultivate resident satisfaction, ensuring successful move-in follow-ups and generating referral sales.

• Collaborate with the team to develop community sales and marketing plans, attending regular strategy meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of of car, insurance, B2B, or independent contractor/ 1099 sales experience

• Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

• Active drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
