CNC Operator

We are seeking a talented Drafter to work with our DigitalFAB team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot CNC Router, Plasma, Studroller, Saw, and or Drill

• Load and unload product from machines using Forklift and overhead crane as required

• Change tooling, setup, or workpiece placement, according to required machining sequences

• Monitor machine performance to recognize broken or worn tooling and replace as needed.

• Understands basic industry standard G-code programming to conduct basic trouble shooting with in the machine instruction file.

• Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.

• Communicate daily progress, constraints and other basic information to hand off production to the next shift.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of related experience and /or training

• Proficient knowledge of CNC machine operation
