Summer Camp Group Leader - San Ramon Valley, CA
Inspire and lead as a Summer Camp Group Leader in a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation, excitement, curiosity, adventure, and a sense of belonging. Our mission is to create an unforgettable summer experience for young minds, fostering a sense of wonder and exploration. As a Group Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the summer memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. Location: San Ramon Elementary Schools
Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (Work schedule and hours are based on attendance) No weekends!
Pay & Benefits:
- $18-$21/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED,
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
