Developmental Associates, LLC is under the direction of Carol A. Bline, Ph.D., Clinical-Developmental Psychologist. We are in need of Psychology Aides to work with children and adults that have developmental disabilities. We specialize with patients who are on the Autism Spectrum. This Psychology Aide would be under the direct supervision of Dr. Bline. We have openings for full-time or part-time positions.
Duties include:
Make an assessment of the child's or adults needs, diagnosed with various developmental disabilities.
Devise and implement a treatment plan.
Implement individualized one-on-one interventions using ABA strategies as a guideline.
Implement behavior plans and support others who will be utilizing this plan outside of sessions.
Develop risk reduction strategies.
Support and teach parents/caregivers on how to maximize their child's progress.
Coordinate interventions with schools and other agencies.
Provide in home and community sessions to those with developmental disabilities.
Requirements are as follows:
(a) Hold a professional license or certification by the Ohio Board of Psychology; the state medical board of Ohio; or the Ohio counselor, social worker, marriage and family therapist board, or
(b) Hold a certificate to practice as a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst
(c) Hold a bachelors or graduate-level degree in Psychology and/or have at least three years of full-time experience as above referenced.
