Experienced Jewelry Sales Consultant (Full-time, On-Site, Sundays off)

Compensation: $40,000 - $85,000+ (compensation based on experience. Potential earnings could exceed the maximum listed amount based on performance.)

• Create memorable experiences for your clients by celebrating life's special moments with a gift of fine jewelry, a special timepiece, or by assisting in preserving an heirloom piece
• Strive for personal sales goals and assist fellow team members in achieving store-wide goals
• Welcome and greet in-store guests with a friendly and personable demeanor
• Cultivate personalized relationships and repeat business with current and potential clients through individual clienteling efforts
• Assist current and potential customers with inquiries via phone, email, and business texting software in a respectful and professional manner
• Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist with daily store duties
• Continuous learning that expands your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings
• Develop a sufficient understanding of all financing options available to customers
• Willingness to represent DJ Bitzan Jewelers in various marketing materials, including on-camera appearances and in-store events
• Assist with daily store duties

• Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail
• Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and/or recommendations when new items arrive in-store
• Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items
• Ability to use Point-of-Sale software to complete transactions.
• Regards integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism as a minimum standard
• Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising)
• GIA or AGS certification or education is a plus
• Continuous learner
