CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Ohio State Radiology License
Weekend Requirements : Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in Performance Improvement activities
Requirement description :
- CT experience- REQUIRED (does not have to be CT certified)
- Resume
- Skills checklist (within 1 year)
- Certifications - must be through AHA and active at time of start
- COVID and Flu - not required
