Job Description:
- Provider must be willing to attend deliveries (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Full-time physician opportunity
- Shared call
- Full lab & radiology services on site
- Three clinic rooms & a procedure room
- Join a team of two full-time physicians and experienced support team
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Cap Exempt & J-1 Visa applicants accepted
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee, then transition to wRVU Model. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
- 75k sign-on bonus!

- 240 hours paid time off annually (during two-year guarantee)

- IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (by time of start) - REQUIRED
- Provider must be willing to attend deliveries (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
