Salary:
Twin Ports Dermatology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to oversee the daily operations of all clinic locations. This individual with be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing initiatives that enhance clinic operations and overall patient satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering a high-caliber patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Act as main point of contact for healthcare providers, facility vendors and community partners.
- Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including multiple departments at multiple clinic locations.
- Ensure each practice location complies with all state, federal and local laws and regulations.
- Manage credentialing process for all certified healthcare providers and staff.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager on department deliverables
- Partner with human resources and finance personnel to execute function initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Education in healthcare, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, effectively managing a clinic, network of clinics or large department(s) within a hospital.
- Experience managing a large team with demonstrated success in leading people.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Experience related to patient registration, scheduling, or related medical field work.
- Deep understanding of business practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with a keen attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven success in sound decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with shifting and competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and sensitivity to handling confidential information and HIPAA compliance
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
- Available full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
