RESPONSILIBILITIES 

• Welcome guests who approach the concession stand or call out for one. (In case of mobile stands).
• Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve / assembles orders for food, beverages, or desserts to customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Working environment is indoors / outdoors as needed.
• Working environments will be subject to varying degrees of heat during park schedule May to September.
• Replenish foods at serving stations.
• Prepare food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream dishes, and fountain sodas, using standard formulas or following directions. 
• Assists in the delivery of orders placed through online system to defined locations within the waterpark.
• Clean counters, and other equipment, and clean dishes and fountain equipment.
• Stock and restock items as necessary.
• Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed, relating to all local regulations.
• Helps with the stand break down and clean up upon closing, cleaning food service areas, condiment counter & work area. Wiping down front counter and equipment.
• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing as needed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Pay based on experience.
