We are looking for an Irrigation Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in irrigation and is comfortable working independently.
Irrigation Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install irrigation or sprinkler systems
- Test systems for potential issues
- Operate timers, clocks, and controls for sprinklers
- Evaluate winterization of each system
- Sprinkler valve repair
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Knowledge of manual and/or computerized irrigation systems
- Some post-secondary training in irrigation or landscaping is preferred
- Backflow certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
