It's Our Pleasure Hospitality group is looking for a full-time administrative assistant. Our Company owns and operates three catering facilities and 6 Restaurants. IOP Hospitality opened its doors in 1987 and has grown since.

The role will work closely with the Managing Partners to provide support as it relates to scheduling, communication, organizing, reporting and other tasks. The position will also provide administrative support to the marketing and investment team as needed in order to keep the team organized. The role requires someone with strong organizational skills. Someone who handles pressure well, is innovative and wants to be challenged as well as grow within the company will thrive in this role!

Duties

Extensive scheduling and calendar management, confirming appointments and reschedule as necessary

Keeping the managers up to date and informed of their priorities and meetings Communicate effectively and respectfully on behalf of the Managing Partners

Preparing PowerPoints and other reports as required

Filing contacts into HubSpot and keeping the CRM organized

Ensuring confidentiality when handling all personnel paperwork

Sending packages on behalf of the Managing Partners as needed Personal Skills:

Ability to multi-task and handle pressure

Resilient by nature, someone who does not give up easily

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel

Can coordinate multiple activities for self as well as others and manage competing priorities

Excellent communication and written skills (English)

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail

Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
