A Project Manager is a professional responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. Their primary goal is to ensure that a project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the specified objectives and quality standards.

Shift and Schedule - Monday to Friday - 8:00AM till 5:00PM
Pay Schedule - Salaried

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have drivers license and be insurable
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Must be comfortable working in challenging environments following fire, water or wind damage
• Must enjoy working with others

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following:


Acts as the first responder on new jobs received by reviewing the job assignment, interact with the homeowner and walk the job site to complete the scope of work.
Prepares the estimate to include an opening statement with details such as - # of boxes, # of items and goal of our service.
Preliminary liaison to the adjuster.
Execute paperwork. If unable to do so, ensure that the lead CSR does.
Collects valuables.
Uses technology to map out the house for the crew.
Make note of any unusual things that the team needs to know for the pack out.
Utilize 360 technology to map the job site for all contents jobs and provide the scan to the adjuster.
Annotate any notes and all communications in XactAnalyis, Restornet, or the appropriate platform.
Manages and communicates effectively with the lead CSR.
Support the Production Manager in his/her role to complete jobs timely and efficiently with field team assigned.
Collaborate with production manager about job status and expectations.
Organize and lead staff training.
Gather daily counts, track and file documentation as needed.
Assess/verify team productivity and progress of assigned jobs.
Enhances department and organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Tracks job details for efficiency and profit.
Collaborates with the collection specialist for accounts receivable for proper cadence with the adjust for payment.
Reports to the general manager.
