Web development at Greystone Technology is a rewarding yet fast-paced service. The clients that we serve are located all over the country and within many different industries. We are looking for a Development Coordinator to assist us with our process and coordination to ensure our projects and tasks move smoothly. We’re looking for someone to help coordinate and maintain this smooth operation. As this service and team continue to grow, there are plenty of opportunities to learn all while keeping everyone moving forward.

We are looking for someone who fits the personality of our team in addition to being a good communicator, organized, a good note taker, and process oriented. This position will work closely with our Director, Project Manager, and Developers. Technical skills in web development are not necessary, but having an aptitude for technology will prove to be helpful. This role can be located in any location in Colorado.

Core Responsibilities

The Development Coordinator is responsible for owning the OnDemand ticket board by assigning and managing tickets, ensuring the clients are receiving the best support from our team, assisting the Project Manager in note taking, coordinating meetings and deadlines, and assisting in maintaining our sales opportunities board. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Monitor and manage OnDemand and Sales board.
  • Follow up on open tickets to assist development team is completing all open items.
  • Partner with the development team through notetaking, deadline management, and ticket coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients via email, phone calls, and follow through on all customer service-based process.
  • Partner with Director and Project Manager to provide administrative support to the Development team.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with all levels of employees.
  • Demonstratable ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience with scheduling and logistics for a team of 2 or more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

Work is primarily sedentary. Occasional exertion and lifting of up to 20 pounds to move office or computer equipment. Occasional crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures; views computer constantly. Occasional travel (car). Occasional exposure to outdoor environmental conditions as a result of travel.
