Our client, a rapidly growing and unique insurance organization and one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team.
As the Personal Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a high-volume generalist book of insurance business. Please note that this position is on-site, based in Iselin, NJ.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume Personal Lines Insurance portfolio efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Cultivate client loyalty by delivering exceptional service, maintaining professional communication, and handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, including appetites, underwriting guidelines, and procedures.
  • Thoroughly review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for precision, conduct comprehensive loss/claim analyses, and coordinate expiration lists for renewal business.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Mandatory Property & Casualty License, valid driver's license, and insurance coverage.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience with agency management software (e.g., Applied/Epic).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, strong multitasking, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor with a commitment to a positive attitude.
