Job Purpose & Position Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing all regulatory aspects of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraskas Gaming Operation. To monitor and identify compliance issues accordance with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Tribal Gaming Code & Rules and Regulations, and the Tribal/State Compact. This position shall document in writing all areas of non-compliance and report these to the Gaming Commission citing the IGRA, Gaming Code & Rules and Regulations and State Compact that is applicable.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the Winnebago Tribes core mission, vision, and values.
- Monitor daily the compliance of the Gaming Operation with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Tribal Gaming Code Rules and Regulations and the Tribal/State Compact.
- Document any and all areas of non-compliance, citing the specific Act, Code, Rules, Regulations, and Compact.
- Report daily, in writing, all areas of non-compliance, to the Gaming Commission.
- Notify the Gaming Commission of areas of non-compliance and recommend the corrective action that may be taken.
- Ensure that all applicable Gaming Operation personnel have met licensing requirements.
- Conduct and assist with the background investigation of all Gaming Operation personnel. Report any and all undesirable and adverse results to the Gaming Commission.

- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
- 2-Year college degree a plus and prior Gaming experience.
- Must have considerable experience in report writing and investigative techniques.
- Knowledge of Gaming Rules and Regulations.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with applicants, co-workers, staff of the casinos, and the general public.
- Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Normal to light office work which includes the ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Regularly required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, and various office equipment.
- While performing daily duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

- Must possess the ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
