Salary:

Up to $3,500 sign-on bonus; up to $1500 on 1st paycheck and up to $2000 at 6 months employment

Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional or license eligible (LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) trainee interested in providing Children's Intensive Behavioral Health Services for children in foster care, ages 0-18. Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health science field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) and on licensure track towards LPCC, LICSW, LFMT or independently licensed as a LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT.


Services includes four components: trauma therapy using TF-CBT or CPP treatment models, psycho education to client and caregivers, Crisis Response, and clinical care coordination with service partners.


Clinical caseload for ITFC will be two (2) clients. Each client will receive three sessions with client/client family, along with coordinating with service partners to total six hours per week.


The clinician/clinical trainee will also provide one day of Outpatient therapy per week (up to 4 clients), obtain supervision, and attend consultations.


Trauma training will be made available to clinicians/clinical trainees.


CSSM will provide Clinical Supervision by a nationally rostered TF-CBT supervisor or CPP CAMP Apprentice Trainer. Licensed clinicians/clinical trainees with a passion for providing community-based trauma care to children and caregivers are encouraged to apply.
