RegenTX is hiring for following shifts:
- 1st Shift Monday thru Friday 7am-4pm
- 2nd Shift Monday thru Friday 3pm-12am
This position could potentially be at either of below locations.
- 12000 Network Blvd Ste 300, San Antonio, TX 78249
- 120 Chula Vista Drive, San Antonio, TX 78232
Purpose:
The fundamental role of a Production Support Associate is to be knowledgeable in all processes needed to support product manufacturing such as cleaning, sterilization, supply check in and good manufacturing practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Request sterility certificates for cleanroom readiness
- Be responsible for the processing of cleanroom supplies and instrumentation which includes decontamination, assembly, terminal sterilization, and sterile storage delivery to end users
- Follows manufacturer's guidelines for sterilization and follows departmental procedures
- Decontaminate used equipment and supplies requiring re-sterilization or reprocessing between uses
- Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for Ethylene Oxide (ETO) and Autoclave Stem Sterilization to include cleaning, decontamination, assembly, labeling, wrapping and storing surgical instruments and trays
- perform sterilization runs using both Ethylene Oxide or Autoclave Stem sterilization.
- Follows safety protocols to ensure no injury to self/others (proper body mechanics, protective apparel during decontamination procedures)
- Assist in covering business needs during off hours times such as receiving goods on weekends or responding to environmental condition alarms
- Assist in ordering, restocking & maintain supply levels for the processing department
- Assist processing technicians with changing out nitrogen tanks and printing labels as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as needed
- Starting job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments.

Education & Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a regulated medical environment preferred
- Valid Class “C” drivers license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work standing for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Ability to document work with legible
- Ability to operate company vehicle with an acceptable driving record
