Service Technician / Engineer - Label Inkjet - Tennessee

MRI of University Circle has partnered with a leading label and packaging inkjet equipment manufacturer that is expanding their footprint across the United States. We are seeking Field Service Technicians / Engineers in Tennessee. This role will be remote, working from home. This role will provide installation, technical support, repair, and maintenance on various types of high-end printing equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience working on high-end printing equipment (i.e., high-speed continuous feed inkjet, label inkjet, corrugated inkjet, wide-format inkjet, grand format inkjet, digital press, etc.)
• Experience providing excellent customer service while under pressure
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel away from home at least 50% of the time
