Rosewood in Bakersfield, CA, one of 13 HumanGood communities names "Best Nursing Homes 2024-2025" by U.S. News & World Report is seeking an On-call (Per diem) Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for its 5-star Skilled Nursing team. Under general supervision, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care;” develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs; assists residents to maximize their rehabilitation, independence and participation; provides care and assistance to residents in Skilled Nursing; and effectively plans and implements nursing services to provide quality care at all times.
** On-call ** Must be Able to Work All Shifts: 6:30am-2:30pm; 2:30pm-10:30pm; 10:30pm-6:30am ** $27-$32/hr. (Depending On Experience)
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LVN/LPN license.
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care preferred
- New grads are welcome to apply
