Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a company in Marysville. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our branch's customers, offering order support and detailed product information. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Outside Sales Representatives, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment processes. Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base.

Pay Range: $20 - $21 per hour 

Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders promptly and accurately.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for order processing and transactions.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including clerical duties such as filing, answering phones, and data entry.
• Handle light shipping tasks, including packaging and processing small UPS packages.
• Utilize proficient computer skills to manage dealer orders, requests, and system-generated tasks with precision.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a personable, enthusiastic, and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering world-class service consistently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
