WHO YOU ARE:

You are a licensed massage therapist who is excited to deliver an extraordinary coastal experience to each Headlands guest. As a member of our spa and wellness team, you live and share your passion for healing arts and holistic wellness. You will leverage your expertise in multiple modalities and work in partnership with your teammates to ensure each guest feels well cared for and the peaceful rejuvenating atmosphere in the spa is always fostered.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As an LMT at Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, you will…

• Provide and be the expert in the Tidepools 60 and 90 minute treatment offerings;
• Work as a team to ensure the Tidepools guest experience meets the brand promise;
• Continuously learn and grow your skills;
• Bring your expertise, knowledge, skills and love for massage to work each day;
• Work at peak business hours, which for us includes weekends and evenings. These are prime shifts positioning you for the best commissions;
• And enjoy the most peaceful, bustling job on the beautiful Oregon Coast.

COMPENSATION:

Compensation starting at 30% commission plus hourly wage.

Treatment compensation averages between $55-$78 per 60-90 minute treatment plus gratuity!
