Facility Maintenance Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Repairs and perform preventive maintenance including; plumbing fixtures and pipes such as toilets, sinks, drains, valves, and controls.
• Repairs windows, doors, door frames, locks and mailboxes.
• Maintain power equipment in working condition, such as snow blowers, power mowers, hedge clippers, and equipment used in maintenance force.
• Inspects apartments for maintenance work to be done.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and repairs for buildings, fixtures, and property.
• Uses a wide range of hand and power tools and equipment such as drills, hammers, pliers, and electrical testers.
• Performs several groundskeeping tasks: trimming, mowing, and planting.

Facility Maintenance Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform a wide range of building and grounds maintenance.
• Working knowledge of and skills in plumbing, electricity, heating, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects into and out of trucks or other carriers.
