Centric Consulting is an international management consulting firm with digital, business and technology expertise. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

• Develop technical solutions aligned with our goals; Lead technical design sessions; identify gaps between current and desired end states
• Collaborate with internal business and IT partners to define requirements deliverables and set and manage expectations
• Translate our requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
• Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce efforts

Who you are:

• Must have 5+ years of programmatic development experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce Projects in the Insurance Industry is preferred
  
• Advanced Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Platform Events, REST, SOAP, Metadata & Streaming APIs, Java/J2EE and Mobile platform development
• Experience with JavaScript libraries, including JQuery, Angular, D3, and React.
• Knowledge of Salesforce object model together with SOQL and SOSL
• Certified Platform Developer I (at a minimum) and II REQUIRED
• Certified Sales Cloud Consultant REQUIRED
• Certified Service Cloud Consultant REQUIRED
• Familiarity with platform authentication (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• Understanding of Apex Development Patterns, Test-driven Development & Best Practices
• Understanding of sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL), Shield, and SalesforceDX
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced level of understanding of the Salesforce Roadmap, Sales & Service Cloud
