We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing, Annual Operating Budgets, and Plant production management. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met
• Manage and oversee the plant's production team to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs
• Prepare and manage Annual Operating Budgets for the plant
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
• Analyze production data and provide reports to upper management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Continuously evaluate and improve the plant's production processes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, Annual Operating Budgets, and Plant production management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
