2nd Shift - Must know hydraulics, electrical (480v) & exposure with conveyors.
Maintain production machines, equipment, and facilities performance (Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Availability and Reliability)
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.
Perform maintenance skills level 2 (Matrix Skill File)including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment..
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance functions.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report issues or unusual situations to proper maintenance supervisor.
Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Adheres to training program and any relevant training through the Operations Trainer.
Perform preventive and proactive maintenance, regular inspections, communicate with production operator and foreman about equipment performance and problems affecting production lines.
Ability to train and share knowledge to coworkers.
Other responsibilities as dictated by the Maintenance Supervisor.
100% Daily work reporting right information on CMMS (Manager Plus)
Good communication and collaboration with colleagues working different shifts, ensuring smooth handovers, and sharing relevant information.
The ability to adapt to varying shift lengths and workdays (8 - 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends)
