Position Available: Speech Language Pathologist for 2024-2025 School Year

Location:Penasco, NM

Company: ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Sandy, OR, to find a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year.

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to ensure all students feel valued.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• State certification or licensure for school therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
• Experience working with students of diverse needs and abilities.
