Manufacturing Production Coordinator

Adecco Permanent Placement has partnered with a client in the Dalton, GA area to recruit and hire a Manufacturing Production Coordinator. This role will ensure seamless material flow, manage inventory, and provide support to customers, vendors, and the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the flow of materials and products to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with purchasing and planning to establish material requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels to meet production demands.
• Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and expedite as needed.
• Create and maintain documents for engineering and maintenance staff, including meeting notes and label information.
• Track and log engineering capital requisitions and asset assignments
• Oversee day-to-day office tasks, monitor workforce, attendance, personnel records and other administrative functions as needed.
• Support project start-up by coordinating material and resource needs with engineering changes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in materials/inventory management, production scheduling, logistics, or similar role
• Associate's or Technical Degree in relative field preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

• Base salary in the $55k-60k range

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
