Job Description
PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a great district in Hazlehurst, MS.As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive and nurturing classroom environments, tailoring instruction to meet individualized education plans (IEPs), and helping students with disabilities reach their full potential. This is a parttime position starting ASAP and going until the end of the school year.
Responsibilities:
- Part time
- In person
- General duties
- provide in-person speech therapy
- progress monitor
- Develop IEP's
- Facilitate and/or participate in IEP meeting
- Evaluate students
- communicate with the Director, parents and teachers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
- Must have a CTSLP license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.

Compensation
- W-2 Employment Contract for onsite positions.
- 1099 Employment Contract for virtual positions.
- Direct/ Indirect Services paid equally.
- Full Time Employees over 30 hours are eligible for benefits.
