What your future looks like:

• Managing and motivating Sales team.
• Work alongside Sales Director and Buyer to market, promote, and educate both employees and customers.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer care.
• Utilize reporting system to track, analyze, and strategize business growth.
• Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations.
• Employees must possess an awareness of lifestyle and apparel trends, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field OR 2+ years of relevant work experience
Organized, detail oriented, analytical, adaptable, problem solver
Experience in leading a sales team preferred but not required
Strong awareness of relevant brands and products
Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
