Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders including supervisors, systems analysts, programmers, and end users to understand program requirements and develop efficient solutions. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with stakeholders (supervisors, analysts, end users) to gather and define program requirements.

·         Design program specifications based on gathered requirements and information.

·         Develop and manage business intelligence solutions to meet organizational needs.

·         Convert program designs and specifications into computer code.

·         Compile, test, and debug code to ensure adherence to specifications.

·         Analyze and troubleshoot code to resolve errors and improve program functionality.

·         Maintain comprehensive documentation of code changes and program specifications.

·         Design user interfaces and integrate systems as needed.

·         Provide technical support and training to end users and technical staff.

·         Collaborate with fellow programmers on program revisions and enhancements.

Qualifications:

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in programming languages and technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python, RPG, and business intelligence tools.

Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·         Proven experience in software development and systems analysis.
