Job Details



We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in managing hotel and hospitality construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Construction Management: Oversee all phases of construction activities, from site preparation to final inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Vendor and Contractor Management: Select and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide regular project updates, address concerns, and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and resolve any quality issues to deliver projects that meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to collaborate effectively and achieve project goals.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and project close-out documents.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully delivering hotel and resort projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
PMP certification is a plus.
