We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our proactive legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from inception to conclusion, including trial if necessary. This role involves representing clients who have been injured as a result of negligence, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. The ideal candidate should be passionate about personal injury law, with a proven track record of success in this area.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all cases are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Conduct initial case evaluations to determine the validity of the client's claim and devise an effective legal strategy.
3. Attend depositions, mediations, and court proceedings as required, representing the client's interests at all times.
4. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
5. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their case and addressing any concerns they may have.
7. Continually expand knowledge of personal injury law and stay updated on current trends and legal developments.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Indiana state bar.
3. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven experience attending depositions and mediations.
5. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
7. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
8. Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining high-quality work.
9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
11. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
