Medical Office Clerk

Experienced Medical Office Receptionist needed for expanding medical facility located in the Mid-Westchester area. All candidates must be flexible with days, including weekend rotations

Please note this is a 5 day a week position. All candidates must be able to work the schedule including weekends

• Patient registration - gathering and updating patient demographics
• Obtaining Signatures for consent of treatment from patient
• Answering busy phones and transferring calls
• Gathering, updating and verifying insurance information
• Assisting with scheduling appointments

• Prior medical office support experience in a busy medical environment REQUIRED
• Insurance verification experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Over-time eligible
• EMR experience a plus
• Must be flexible to work some additional shifts and weekends if needed
