We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join our team, delivering exceptional service in a customer-facing role. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing services for our valued agriculture and manufacturing customers, while also educating them on the proper use of their equipment and services. Your duties will include performing basic to installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for these customers, all while ensuring world-class customer service. Additionally, you will be trained to complete reconnects as needed.
This position is field-oriented, requiring you to work outdoors in various working conditions and locations. You will work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing hand tools to complete your tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in electrical and hydraulic systems, with a strong understanding of their principles and components.
Proficiency in pressure-compensated hydraulics and cylinders, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair these systems effectively.
Field Technicians in Grape Harvesting:
Field Technicians are vital to the operation and maintenance of grape harvesters in the Agriculture industry. In this role, you will:
Install and maintain grape harvesting equipment at various job sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to keep harvesters operational during peak grape season.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, interacting with clients to offer guidance on equipment usage and providing technical assistance with professionalism and courtesy.
