Weekend Front Desk Clerk (Fairfield Inn Frederick) - Part-time

Location: Fairfield Inn and Suites Frederick

Shift: Weekend: Friday to Sunday

Our Front Desk Clerks are essential to our success, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive guest experience with their friendly demeanor and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Manage guest bookings per company guidelines, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering phones, and processing financial transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with all hotel departments to promptly address and fulfill guest requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
• Handle physical tasks such as sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday, and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
